• All pop-up windows in the system can be dragged anywhere on the screen while working. This is extremely helpful feature for those who prefer to look at everywhere in the page while creating a new record which was not possible before because of the window opened in the center was covering the middle of the page.
• Visible to customer checkbox has been added for product link of choices in selections to control the visibility of the choice for customers.
• Feature has been created to control the visibility of choices in selections for customers. You can achieve this through clicking on the eye icon that is placed after the select button for each choice in selection details page
• Create invoice option added to the 3-dots button in the Estimates grid inside leads and jobs for approved estimates
• Select all button has been added to the Scope of Work pop-up window inside invoices, purchase orders, change orders in order to bulk select all line items
• Collapse/Expand groups button has been added to the Materials and Services block inside estimate details page to shrink and expand the groups in estimates
• Shipping date column has been added to the Purchase orders list under the Documents menu to show the expected shipping dates
• Vendor costs section has been created in the Budget and Costs menu inside jobs. Through this section you can calculate the difference between the estimated cost and actual cost of a service provided by vendors and create a purchase order directly from this section
• Model number field has been added for choices in selections

Update

• Page does not redirect to the details page of the lead when creating a new lead. You stay at the Leads list after the creation of the lead
• Showing sales price of cost lines inside estimate details has been enabled. Users now can edit the sales price inside the rate input without clicking the edit button. Showing sales price in the estimate details page is optional. In order to hide the sales price of cost lines, you need to check the “Hide item pricing” box when creating a new estimate.
• Contract price has been removed from the invoice details and preview pages for open book jobs
• Contract price and Original contract price have been removed from the Change order preview page for open book jobs
• The term “Contract price” in the Budget & Costs board inside jobs has been replaced with the term “Estimated Price” for open book jobs
• Ability to save the selected cost line variation in an estimate template has been created.
